Believe it or not students are still going strong this evening. They have another 2 hours of activities planned. (Remember we are an hour behind you.) Today was another flurry of action. The robotic teams of Gear (1), Pulley (2), and Wheel (3) all spent time today working in the robotics lab. Mrs. Haddas caught up with Wheel and shared some pictures below.
Team Pulley enjoyed their experience on the 1/6th gravity chair. It is one of the favorite simulators. Campers practice the different types of walks that can be done on the moon. They hop like a bunny, side to side, and slow jog. See the pics below and a video of Yuqing doing the bunny hop.
Team Collins was so excited to share their mission story at dinner tonight. Good food and good stories were enjoyed by all.
Team Conrad was spotted at the MMU and also had a successful Endeavor Mission today. Team Gear was busy building rockets and had many briefings today. Both Team Conrad and Team Gear were pictured a lot on Monday. Look for more pictures of them on Wednesday. We can't wait to see what tomorrow brings!
